You are currently on the Canadian version of Spores101, all orders from this website are shipped from our office located on Vancouver Island in British Columbia. Currently we only use www.canadapost.ca for shipping all orders.
You can choose basic shipping with regular mail sent with just a stamp, this the lowest priced and slowest method. Packages can take anywere from 3-18 business days to arrive depending on your location.
We also offer Expedited and Xpress shipping methods, both of them include tracking and insurance based on the value of your order. If you choose one of these methods your tracking number will be available in your order notes after shipping. Expedited orders usually take 3-10 business days to arrive. Xpress orders are usually guaranteed to arrive in 2-3 business days depending on your location.
If your not satisfied with an item and wish to return it please contact our staff to make arrangements. Use the contact form and include your order details and reason for return, replacement, or refund.
In most cases we will send replacements rather than refund a customer but we will do whatever it takes to ensure customer satisfaction. If you have any other questions please use the contact form and we will respond in 24-48 hours. |
