HOW TO ORDER with CREDIT CARD or MAIL ORDER

Credit Card: You can order online with Visa or Mastercard using our 100% secure shopping cart system. Just add the items you want to the cart and fill in the required information, choose credit card for payment, and submit your order. You will get a message confirming your order, and you should also get an email receipt. If you want to complete you credit card order over the phone, choose mail order as payment and email us to call you, we will phone ASAP and complete the order with you over the phone.
All credit card orders show as processed by Innersight Trading on your credit card statement. No mention of mushrooms or Spores101.

Special Note for customers using Gift Cards
The back of the card has a website where you can check the balance left on it, and on that website there is a place where you can register the card with your actual address in case of it becoming lost or stolen. Once you have registered the address on your card you can use it on websites like ours that require more information to be processed. After doing this your Gift Card should be approved on our website.

Mail Order: To send in your cash or money order payment (sorry no personal checks) please add the items you want to the cart and fill in the required information, choose mail order for payment, and submit your order. You will get a confirmation message and an email receipt that will provide the mailing address to send in your payment to. Print off some information that contains your order number and information, mail that document along with full payment to the address specified in the email receipt. Our head office is located in Canada so ALL mail orders need to go to that location despite the shipping address being in the USA or any other location. If you do not get your confirmation email with the mail order address please use the contact form to have your email receipt resent.

Are psilocybin spores illegal in my area?
Psilocybin spores including syringes and prints are legal to posses and distribute in all of the United States except California, Georgia and Idaho. Psilocybin spores including syringes and prints are legal to posses and distribute in Canada, The United Kingdom and most of Europe. If you are an international customer from a country which we have not listed here, you may want to check on your government website's and verify if it is legal for you to posses said spores. We do not ship psilocybin spore syringes and prints to any region we know them to be illegal so please do not ask. If you try and place an order despite this, we will cancel your order and block your IP from viewing our sites.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

U.S. orders: All orders are shipped 24-72 hours after payment is completed, depending on stock and strain availability. Our U.S. shipping office is located in Washington, and can take 7-10 business days for regular mail orders to arrive. If your order has not arrived in this time frame please contact the support team to verify your address. For faster, dedicated shipping, please choose shipping with tracking via UPS for faster delivery and tracking to monitor the progress online.

 

Canadian orders: All orders are shipped 24-72 hours after payment is completed, depending on stock and strain availability. Our Canadian shipping office is located in BC. All orders are shipped via canadapost.ca. If you choose regular mail it can take 7-10 business days to arrive. You can choose to pay for xpress shipping with tracking to increase delivery time and monitor the shipping progress online.

 

International and Overseas orders: All orders are shipped 24-72 hours after payment is completed, depending on stock and strain availability. Any orders with shipping outside of Canada or the USA will be shipped from our Canadian office in BC via canadapost.ca. Please allow 2-4 weeks for regular mail delivery, you can also choose to have your package shipped international with tracking for faster delivery and monitor the delivery progress online.


What will my package look like? Is it discreet?
We take pride in upholding the anonymity of our customers. We ship in plain bubble envelopes or brown/white boxes with the return address of “Innersight Trading” our parent corporation displayed. There is no mention of www.spores101.com or spores or mushrooms on the package so there is no need to worry about the contents being noticed. We also have a very strict privacy policy in place to protect our customers, if you have any questions on this matter please use the contact form anytime and we will be happy to alleviate your concern.

It is extremely hot / cold where I live, will affect the quality of my package?
This is a very reasonable and important concern. A spore or culture sample sitting in a hot mailbox can destroy the delicate contents, and make it un-viable. On the other hand cold temperatures can affect the actual syringe mechanics and cause leakage, thus leaving the contents to possible contamination. We recommend having your syringes shipped to a PO BOX or some other mail outlet building to be sure that a your shipment is exposed to a reasonable temperature during storage and shipping. Please note this is only when exposed to EXTREME conditions of hot or cold, in most cases your package will arrive in perfect condition, this if for times of heat wave or cold storms, or if you live in the arctic / desert.

What is the best way to store my product after arrival?
A cool, dry and clean area is always best.  The distilled water inside of our spore syringes is one of the best storage methods because the spores can stay hydrated while they are dormant, prints on the other hand must be re hydrated before they can be studied properly. Please note however that our products are only guaranteed for 30 days after purchase as we cannot be sure of how our customers are storing there samples. Syringe products are meant to be used very soon after purchase as they are more successful when fresh, but products like spore prints can be kept for longer periods of time.

I am not satisfied with my purchase, what do I do?
If you are not happy with your results or the package on arrival then we will do our best to solve the situation. Use the contact form and let us know the reasons you are not satisfied. PLEASE be careful how you describe your case as we will not provide support for customers who are engaged in cultivation of illegal species. In most cases we can send replacements or refund your purchase.

My package has not arrived and its been a very long time, what should I do?
If your order has not arrived within 7-10 days after shipping then there is most likely a problem. We strive to have all order shipped within 24 -48 hours after processing, unless it is a weekend. Please contact us immediately so we can confirm the address is correct and to check if your shipment might have been returned. Please be patient and our staff will correct the situation as fast as possible, by resending your shipment or refunding if necessary. If the package is delayed due to a mistake on our end, we will be more than happy to offer you compensation by means of refunded shipping fee, or extra product on a future order.

What is the best strain for beginners to study?
This is a question we cannot answer. It really depends on your level of experience, timeframe, budget and what equipment you have available. The best thing to do if your curious about the topic is to do more research. Try reading up at a mycology forum like www.shroomtalk.com or www.shroomery.org to see what others have had success with.

Do you have actual mushrooms for sale?

Absolutely not. Sorry but Spores101.com does not actually stock or retail any fruited mushroom species. We only provide spores in syringe or print, and edible strains in liquid culture.


What size are the spore syringes?
All syringes are BD brand syringes sized 10ML with 18 gauge and 1.5 inch size needles.
