What is a spore syringe? A spore syringe is a mixture of sterile water and mushroom spores, contained in a syringe ready to be used for inoculation. Usually the spores in the syringe are from a spore print. Click here to learn more about spore syringes.

Were is my order shipped from? How long will it take to arrive? All orders shipping outside of Canada and the USA are shipped from our Canadian office in BC. All USA orders are shipped from WA, USA and all Canadian orders are also shipped from the BC office. International orders are sent via Canadapost.com and you will be given the option to pay for shipping with tracking and insurance or without. If you choose to ship it without it can take 6-8 weeks for delivery. If you choose tracking w/ insurance you will get a tracking number and have an estimated delivery date given to you at the time of shipping. Please be aware this date is "estimated" and not guaranteed, however if you paid for tracking and insurance your order is guaranteed for delivery.
Are the packages discreet? what is shown on the return address and on the box? Customer privacy is important to us. We make sure all orders are shipped using a plain white or brown envelope or box ( depending on the size of your order ) and the only information displayed on the package is the return address displaying shipped from Innersight Trading. There is no mention of mushrooms or spores. (Except on the actual customs documents that may be required for international shipments, in which case "spores for microscopy" is displayed.)
Are certain spores or mushrooms illegal in my area? Please understand it is not our responsibility to know the laws in every country. It is your responsibility to be aware that certain species of mushrooms in certain formats (ie: spore syringe or spore print or actual mushroom) may be illegal in some countries and states. We do not ship spore syringes to Australia but we can send spore prints for example. Also cubensis spores are illegal in CA, GA, and ID states of the USA only. Please do your own research and know your local laws before making an order or it may be held at customs upon entry. Any orders that are held by customs and not returned to us are considered delivered and will not be viable for a refund.
What methods of payment do you accept? You can pay for an order with several methods. You can pay with credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. My mail order was shipped but Spores101 says it has not arrived yet, what do I do? When you send in your mail order it is very important to make sure you get tracking on the envelope. For a small fee you can usually get a tracked envelope or have a tracking label attached. It is your responsibility to make sure the payment arrives at Spores101 and they can't be held responsible for mail orders that do not arrive. If you send a tracked envelope you can know exactly were your payment is and when it was delivered, you can also do a trace on money orders to find out when and who cashed them. All Spores101 can do is patiently wait for your mail order to arrive, if you send it with regular mail and no tracking please do not expect Spores101 to know were your payment is. As soon as a mail order is received it will be updated as "approved" and you will be emailed with an estimated shipping date or a tracking number if it has already been shipped.
