You can place an order with Spores101 several different ways, please read up on each method below:
Ordering with a Credit Card: You can order with a credit card using our 100% secure processing online. We currently accept VISA, MC, and AMEX and all orders are processed in CAD funds on this website. You can also use your credit card over the phone or even via mail to complete an order. Please note that all credit card transactions will show as billed by: Innersight Trading on your billing statement.
Ordering Via Mail or Telephone: You can also submit an order via mail and pay with a money order, bank draft, or cash. We do not accept personal checks. To order over the telephone please create and submit your order by choosing MAIL as the payment method, then call 1-250-932-1116 or contact us and we will call you to obtain the credit card details and complete the transaction over the phone. Make sure all payment sent via mail are payable to Innersight Trading are are cashable in Canada, make sure it is an "international" mail order if sent outside of Canada.
Shipping Information: All orders should be shipped 24-48 hours after the payment is received. Please note that some international orders will require additional shipping fees due to so many different countries and locations it is difficult for our shopping cart to accurately calculate the correct shipping details. In the event you are contacted for additional shipping fees please understand we cannot ship the order until the shipping is paid. All orders are shipped in a plain white or brown box / envelope depending on the size of the order. All packages are shipped from Innersight Trading and do not mention anything about Spores101 or mushrooms except on the customs declaration notes.
Returns, Refunds, Cancellations & Address Changes: Please contact us in the event you need to return a package or request a refund. If you need to cancel an order it must be done before it is shipped, if an order has already been shipped we can attempt to stop it but usually orders already in transit can not be stopped. If you change your address during shipping and the package is returned to us we will automatically refund you minus the cost of shipping. If you are approved for a refund or return please understand we can not refund the shipping amount if your order has already been shipped.
Different Shipping and Billing Address / Fraudulent Orders: Due to certain countries participating in fraudulent transactions we are forced to activate several fraud checks before shipping some orders. If your order has a different billing and shipping address we will require verification before shipping your order. Please make sure the phone number is connected to the billing card and is working at the time of ordering, we will phone to verify the card owner is actually ordering. If we can not verify the order after 10 business days it will be refunded and cancelled.
